OVERSEAS DELIVERY POLICY ANDCONDITIONS
In association with the distance sales agreementbetween ebebek and the customer regarding overseas deliveries Turkish Law isapplied.
Guarantee and Return conditions are also maintainedwithin the framework of the legislation and provisions set forward by theRepublic of Turkey.
Since no VAT is paid during deliveries to TRNC andOverseas the customer is responsible from all customs related taxes. The samecondition applies to delivery costs of overseas and TRNC orders. Customercovers the expenses.
The customer holds no right of withdrawal for productsthat are not picked up from the customs.
The customer is responsible from withdrawal within thegiven periods in the same condition that the product was delivered andcompensate any commercial loss if the product was used.
The customer should return the products with theiroriginal receipt included inside the delivery package. Return packages withoutreceipt are not accepted. The form on the back of the receipt should be fullyfilled and signed. The explanation areas on the return form should be filledout fully and with attention. For the return of the defective products,customer should specify his/her choice between return or change. The product tobe returned should be unused, undamaged if used or the package should beintact.
Allthe accessories of the product to be returned should be included in theoriginal packaging. The products should be preserved so that they are deliveredunharmed in their original packaging.
Allcarriage, customs or additional taxes that may arise due to the return of theproduct are the customer’s responsibility.
Yourreturn is primarily assessed by the After Sales Service unit within 3 days andthe refunding process is initiated if the above conditions are met.
The refunding of the productcost to your credit card is done within 5 working days after the initialassessment.
It may take a few days forthe amount to be reflected on your credit card due to reasons related to yourbank. If you believe your refunding has not be completed within reasonableamount of time please use the “contact us” section on the www.ebebek.com address or 0216 325 11 11 numbered phone to inform us.

Products including all hygienic grubs; Jellies, blisters or vacuum packed products that have been unpacked or damaged; DVD, VCD, books, magazines etc. Reproducible products; Underwear and washed textile products; Food products; Fast consumer goods without protective band; Products that are sold at a discount in the exhibition / opportunity corner section and have a defect already specified; All used products.
- Nutritional products such as bottle, pacifier, water bottle and all hygienic products such as breast pump, baby diaper, chest pediat, underwear are products that can not be returned or exchanged after being used to protect mother and baby health.
